CARRIERS

All orders in the U.S. will be delivered via the UPS, Fed, or USPS. International orders are delivered via DHL. You can request a no signature or signature delivery upon purchase by emailing info@donia-nyc.com. extra fees may apply. DONIA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped out from NYC within 2 business days. Domestic orders usually take 5 business days to arrive; international orders vary depending on carrier service selected and destination.


RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

DONIA accepts returns only if an item does not match its original description. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the order’s delivery date, and the item must be in the same condition in which it was sold. To initiate a return, email info@donia-nyc.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the discrepancy. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If the item is confirmed to not match its description, store credit will be issued. DONIA does not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Let us know if your order is a gift by emailing us at info@donia-nyc.com, and we will wrap it with tissue paper and satin ribbon with a handwritten note.
