CARRIERS

All orders in the U.S. will be delivered via the UPS, Fed, or USPS. International orders are delivered via DHL. You can request a no signature or signature delivery upon purchase by emailing info@donia-nyc.com. extra fees may apply. DONIA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped out from NYC within 2 business days. Domestic orders usually take 5 business days to arrive; international orders vary depending on carrier service selected and destination.

RETURNS

DONIA accepts returns of items in the same condition it was sold as returned within 10 days of the order’s delivery date.

REQUEST FOR RETURNS

Email info@donia-nyc.com with the order number. you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Once the return is received, you will receive a refund.

REFUNDS

We will send you an email once your return has been processed. Your final refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. It can take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Let us know if your order is a gift by emailing us at info@donia-nyc.com, and we will wrap it with tissue paper and satin ribbon with a handwritten note.
